SARAH ELIZABETH STOUT WILSON
married John Alexander Wilson on April 1, 1866. She was born in 1843, the daughter of David M. Stout and Sallie Shoun. The Stouts and Wilsons were among the earliest settlers of Eastern Tennessee.

JOHN ALEXANDER WILSON
huband of Sarah Elizabeth Stout.
During the Civil War his sympathies were with the Union. He was a member of the first county court in 1836 in Johnson County, TN which probably met in the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. He died in 1881 and he and his wife are buried on the the nearby, now a public burying place known as "The Wilson Cemetery".

JEREMIAH "JERRY" MILLER WILSON
FRANCES "FRANCES" DONNELLY
Jerry was born September 2, 1860 and died January 7, 1950. He was the youngest of nine children born to Richard Luck Wilson and Elizabeth Fenner Greer. He married Frances "Fannie" Donnelly on November 7, 1883. He was respected by everyone for his Christian character and honest dealings. He never smoked tobacco or drank any alcoholic beverages, nor would he allow his children to do so.
